Description

Wine made with Montònega (High-Altitude Parellada) from the +500 Zone. The Montònega vineyard is very old, more than 70 years old. The imperfect and twisted branches of the vine describe the passage of years with elegance. This vineyard is located on the Cal Cendra estate, about 200 meters from Cal Joan Grill.

 

Production

The grapes were harvested on September 25, 2023 with an alcohol content of 11.5º and the production was 1.732 bottles.

 

Tasting note:

Pale yellow white wine with a greenish hue.

On the nose it is a very aromatic wine where the fruity notes of white fruit such as apple and pear stand out combined with floral notes of white flowers and citrus fruits such as orange or tangerine.

Very aromatic in the mouth, with a good structure and a balanced and refreshing acidity that makes it a very long and special wine.

 

Pairing

Ideal to have by the glass or to pair with risottos, white meats, salads or blue fish.
