Our vineyards and our winery are certified organic through the Catalan Council for Ecological Agricultural Production (CCPAE).

To make our wines, we have selected the best grapes from old vines, picked them by hand, transported them to the cellar in small boxes so they arrive in the best condition, macerated them with the skins before pressing them for extraction ‘n all its aromas, and we have gently pressed them to obtain the highest quality.

The entire process of making the wine has been taken care of to the utmost detail, aging it for 6 months with the lees, to enrich the wine with more complexity, more structure, more aromas and more power to beautify the wine, and finally we bottled 2 white wines, El Tiet and El Jornal.
